These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern all orders placed through James Avery Artisan Jewelry’s official website (www.jameseavery.com) or other authorized purchasing channels (collectively, “our Services”). 5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Policy: We offer a 60-day return window for all orders. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition (including packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity), and accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at service@jameseavery.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may be rejected. You are responsible for securely packaging the product and shipping it back to us—we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for return shipments lost in transit.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned product (to confirm it meets eligibility requirements), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that refund processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved jewelry) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

6. Product Availability & Descriptions

If a product is unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you via email and offer a refund, exchange, or backorder option (if applicable).

7. Defective or Damaged Products

Please include photos of the product and packaging, as well as your order number, to facilitate a prompt resolution.
  • We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or full refund for defective or damaged products. We may request the return of the defective item for inspection, and we will cover all return shipping costs in such cases.

8. Ownership & Risk of Loss

  • Ownership of the products transfers to you upon full payment of the order amount.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided. We are not liable for any loss or damage to products after delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, James Avery Artisan Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or inconvenience) arising from or related to your purchase, use, or inability to use our products or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
